The pastors of Chapel of Victory are Richard and Josielea Chapple of Pine Grove, WV.  They have been the pastors since 2001.  They took over when the previous pastor, Gary Walker left to go to minister in Haiti.

Chapel of Victory has been a part of the Pine Grove community since the fall of 1985.  We have been a part of the Pastoral Alliance and most of its activities.  We believe in Christians fellowshipping together no matter what denomination.

We often have guest speakers and singers to visit the church and you will be able to see this schedule on the Events page.
