The renovation of the newly acquired building to be called the Victory Center is nearing completion of the major repairs.  The front of the structure has been given a new appearance with four windows and a new door.  Vinyl siding was added as well to complete the new look.  Three windows were added to the one side of the building to provide more natural light into the interior.

 

New subfloors and floors were also installed throughout along with new lighting fixtures.  The kitchen has new cabinets and all new appliances.  The bathrooms in the dining area have been replaced as well.   The majority of the building will soon have a fresh coating of paint to brighten things up. 

 

There have been major improvements with the plumbing and electricity.  Still on the agenda are the heating and air conditioning units The dining area has been equipted with tables and chairs.  The decking on the backside of the building has been replaced as the top handrail.  

 

I am please to say the exterior painting has been completed and a new structure has been place between Barbara's and the center.  Long range plans will include vinyl siding for the remainder of the building.
